Can I just say, that I am so thrilled to be the new owner of this fine piece of furniture. It was my late great grandmother’s and no one else in the family wanted it (they’re all idiots as far as I’m concerned, this thing is pristine and beautiful.) It was her pride and joy and I’m so glad that I got to inherit it. You can’t find original pieces like this anymore, at least not in this condition. It still looks brand new. My mother said it was only right that it should go to some one who loves it as much as she did. So happy. *thanks granny* :)
These Avocado Onion Rings can be baked or fried and are great with any dipping sauce (I like tahini). If frying, just brown both sides in olive oil on medium in a non-stick pan. Cutting them into rings works best if the avocados are firm-ripe. Enjoy!
